General Maintenance Engineer – Hotel

About the role

As a General Maintenance Engineer you will keep the hotel’s facilities safe, functional and welcoming for guests and team members. You will be the go‑to professional for a wide range of repair and preventive tasks, ensuring that every guest experience is supported by a well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs.
• Document inspections, repairs and any issues that require further attention.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with hotel staff.
