About the role
Join Best Buy’s Geek Squad as a Seasonal Installation Helper, working directly in customers’ homes to deliver, install, repair, and haul away electronic devices. You will support a team of experienced agents, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for each client.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with delivery, setup, and removal of consumer electronic equipment.
- Provide product placement advice and recommend related services.
- Work independently or as part of a two‑person team to complete installations.
- Manage inventory, vehicle upkeep, and paperwork, including payment processing.
- Offer feedback to store teams and perform in‑store repairs when needed.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lb alone or 150 lb with a partner.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to follow instructions.
