Fullstack PHP Developer – Permanent (French speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack PHP Developer to join our brand‑new Technology Hub in Lisbon. You will work on a Claims Management System and other business applications, collaborating with experienced engineers in both Lisbon and Caen. The role requires strong French language skills to interact with the broader French‑speaking team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop dynamic, reactive user interfaces using Livewire and Alpine.js.
• Transform UI mockups into responsive pages with HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
• Design, implement and maintain business logic and APIs with Laravel (PHP 8.x).
• Write and maintain automated tests (PHPUnit, Pest and front‑end tests) to ensure reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Monitor application quality, optimise front‑end performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Deliver high‑quality features in an agile, team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Fluent French (spoken and written) and professional English.
• Solid experience building web applications with PHP and Laravel.
• Comfortable working on both front‑end and back‑end tasks.
• Ability to work onsite in Lisbon and collaborate with remote teammates.
