Fullstack Java Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Java Fullstack Developer to join our international team and deliver cutting‑edge solutions. The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week on site in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java applications based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain REST APIs using Spring Boot.
• Ensure robust architecture, high‑quality code standards, and adherence to best practices.
• Work on microservices and multithreading environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple countries.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and modern frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design.
• Hands‑on experience with React or Angular.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and customer focus.
