Fullstack Developer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing scale‑up focused on making digital technology accessible to everyone. As a Fullstack Developer you will shape the future of web accessibility, turning designs into high‑performance, inclusive products used by millions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop user‑facing features using React, TypeScript, Hooks, TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS and Zod.
• Write unit and end‑to‑end tests with Vitest and Playwright to ensure reliability.
• Build and maintain serverless back‑end services (Lambda, ECS) and REST APIs behind API Gateway.
• Implement asynchronous workflows with SNS and SQS, and manage data in Aurora PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Monitor performance and errors using Sentry, conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous R&D.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for accessibility and high‑quality code.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment.
