Full-Time Restaurant Server

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Restaurant Server to deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests at our resort‑style property. You will be the front‑line ambassador, handling orders, payments, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with the layout of restaurants, lounges, and room service areas.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and promotional items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, upsell items, and collect payment.
• Pre‑bus tables after each course and keep stations stocked, tidy, and clean.
• Operate the POS system for order entry and cashiering, close checks, and prepare end‑of‑shift paperwork.
• Perform opening and closing duties, side‑work, and follow station rotation checklists.
• Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout the shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work long or irregular hours.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb occasionally and 20 lb frequently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and basic accounting for transactions.
