Full Stack Engineer (Python, React, AWS)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives on shipping high‑impact features quickly and enjoys working with AI‑assisted tooling in production. You will join a consultancy that has been delivering software for global brands for 20 years and will operate in an environment where modern, agentic engineering practices are the norm.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Make architectural and implementation decisions across both backend and frontend layers.
• Integrate AI‑driven tooling into daily workflows while ensuring safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver products that reach real users.
• Build and maintain guardrails that keep agentic tools secure and effective.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Python on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS for cloud and infrastructure management.
• Comfortable working across the full stack, with a preference for either frontend or backend.
• Proven production experience using agentic/AI‑enhanced engineering tools.
• Located within 50 km of one of the listed hubs in Portugal or Romania.
