Full Stack Developer (.NET/JS)

About the role

Emergn is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain automation solutions for legal technology platforms. You will work across the full stack, collaborating with legal and technical teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions within ShareDo or similar legal tech platforms.
• Build and optimise workflows, case‑management systems and document‑automation processes.
• Collaborate with legal and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance and security standards in all implementations.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve workflows for productivity and user experience.
• Stay updated on trends in legal automation, workflow platforms and no‑/low‑code tools.

Required profile

• Proven software development experience, preferably with SaaS platforms.
• Ability to work across UI, backend and database layers.
• Strong communication skills and experience with complex domains and integrations.
• Interest in leveraging AI to enhance engineering work.

• SQL Server (including query optimisation)
• No‑code/low‑code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce)
• .NET CLR internals or advanced SQL tuning
