Full Stack Developer – JavaScript & Java

About the role

Aubay Portugal is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to work on transactional web applications. You will join a technology consultancy team operating in Lisbon or Porto and contribute to the design, development and maintenance of high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using JavaScript frameworks and Java Spring Boot.
• Implement front‑end features with HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript libraries (Backbone, Rivets, React.js).
• Write server‑side components, REST APIs and integrate with back‑end services.
• Apply unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
• Follow secure coding standards (OWASP, NIST) and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, using CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Maven and Artifactory.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑stack development experience, preferably on transactional websites.
• Fluent French (B2) and operational English (B2) or higher.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
