Full Stack Developer

About the role

Mosano is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its senior team and work on a variety of client projects. You will build and maintain modern web applications, focusing on code quality, scalability, and rapid delivery in an English‑speaking, remote‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack features across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js).
• Create and consume REST APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
• Write clean, well‑tested TypeScript code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for scalability and long‑term maintainability.
• Work with Git Flow, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines to build, containerize and deploy applications.
• Use relational (PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude CLI to improve productivity.
• Take part in sprint planning, technical discussions and cross‑project collaboration.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, able to own features end‑to‑end and work autonomously.
• Good communication skills for async and remote collaboration.
