Full Stack AI Transformation Engineer – Primary Markets

About the role

The Primary Digital Support team works closely with Primary Markets to design, build, and maintain tools that improve the efficiency of bond issuance and related processes. You will develop applications that automate workflows, provide data insights, and support on‑shore teams in their day‑to‑day origination and execution activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain applications that automate business processes and internal reporting.
• Create tools for analysing internal and external data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Gain a deep understanding of the Primary Markets platform and the full bond issuance lifecycle.
• Collaborate with on‑shore teams to deliver practical solutions and support new product initiatives.
• Apply existing policies and procedures to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Prioritise workload, contribute to pre‑announcement deal support, and prepare DCM presentations and marketing materials.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Global Credit and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interest in financial markets and the application of generative AI.
• Experience in business process mapping and workflow automation.
• Willingness to continuously develop market awareness of BNPP’s products and services.

Required skills

• Full‑stack web development.
• Frontend frameworks: React, Next.js, Solara, Streamlit, Dash.
• Large Language Model (LLM) development using LangChain, Graph, LlamaIndex, Autogen.
• DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
• Software development methodologies: Agile, Lean, Kanban.
