About the role

Key responsibilities

• Create fun, engaging conversations with families and promote vacation packages.
• Present preview tours and highlight unique travel experiences.
• Book reservations and assist guests in preparing for their trips.
• Use smart technology, tablets and CRM tools to manage appointments and guest information.
• Achieve sales targets, earn uncapped commissions and celebrate performance milestones.

Required profile

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Resilient, competitive mindset and motivation to exceed goals.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior sales experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort operating tablets and other smart devices.
