Front‑end Engineer / Product Designer (Founding)

About the role

Realitade is creating an AI‑native real‑estate technology ecosystem for Europe. We are looking for a founding‑level Front‑end Engineer who will also shape product design, building polished user experiences across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build design systems and user‑facing pages.
• Collaborate closely with backend and AI teams to simplify complex functionality.
• Define reusable design patterns for multiple Realitade products and verticals.
• Improve usability, visual quality, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall product clarity.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in AI‑driven approaches and modern SEO/GEO stacks.
• Proven experience with React, JavaScript and similar frontend frameworks.
• Excellent UI/UX judgment and product‑design taste.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clean, usable interfaces.
• Interest in real‑estate, marketplaces, AI products, or professional platforms.
• Comfortable discussing ideas with engineers and co‑workers.
• Must be based in Portugal or willing to spend significant time there.
