Front Desk Agent – Guest Services

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at Victoria Golf Resort & Spa, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring every stay is memorable. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to uphold brand standards and provide seamless service throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and escort them to their rooms.
• Provide accurate information on hotel services, resort activities, wellness offers and local attractions.
• Process billing, payments and reservations efficiently.
• Handle special guest requests, complaints and follow‑up actions promptly.
• Promote hotel outlets (restaurants, bars, spa) and the loyalty program.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pricing, promotions, VIP events and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, technical support and lost‑and‑found to fulfill guest needs.
• Participate in departmental briefings and apply LQA standards.
