French‑Speaking Travel Agent – Porto (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

Join a dynamic, customer‑focused team in Porto as a French‑speaking Travel Agent. You will support travelers throughout their journey, handling bookings, changes, and inquiries to ensure smooth and enjoyable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Manage travel bookings, reservation modifications, cancellations and general travel requests.
• Deliver accurate information on flights, accommodation, transport options and travel policies.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Record interactions and case outcomes in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments and travel partners for timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• At least one year of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Professional, detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
