French‑Speaking Service Advisor (Remote – Portugal)

About the role

Join a dedicated retention team that handles inbound French‑speaking calls from customers considering cancellation. Your primary goal is to understand their concerns, present suitable alternatives, and turn a potential churn into a positive experience while promoting relevant services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers planning to cancel.
• Identify reasons for cancellation and propose appropriate solutions.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products, promotions, and exclusive offers when relevant.
• Achieve quality, performance, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with good English.
• Experience in customer service or call‑center environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented, calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable using basic computer tools.

What we offer

• Base salary €920 gross per month.
• Performance bonus up to €360 gross per month.
• Language allowance €250 gross per month.
• Meal allowance €10.20 net per day.
• Assiduity allowance €110 gross per month.
• Flex work allowance €60 net per month.
• Permanent contract, remote work from Portugal, Monday‑Friday rotating shifts (07h–18h) with weekends off.
