French‑Speaking Owner Services Account Manager

About the role

Join a global leader in private aviation as a French‑speaking Owner Services Account Manager. Based in Lisbon, you will be the primary point of contact for aircraft owners, ensuring their travel experience runs smoothly from the initial booking to any last‑minute changes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide email and phone support (approximately 50/50 split) for flight bookings and travel planning.
• Identify and implement fast solutions when schedules change, including handling delays and re‑routing.
• Advise owners on route options, alternative itineraries, and manage all flight‑related administrative tasks.
• Operate across multiple aviation and booking systems simultaneously.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and fluent English (the company operates in English).
• Customer‑service background, preferably from a call‑centre or hospitality environment.
• Calm under pressure, service‑oriented, and logical thinker.
• Minimum baccalauréat; a university degree is a plus.
• Based in Lisbon or able to commute to the office.

Required skills

• Comfort with various software tools and multitasking.
• Experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
