French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative (Guimarães)

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our multicultural team in Guimarães, Portugal. In this on‑site position you will assist customers via phone, email or chat, ensuring professional and friendly support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Document interactions and follow up on each case to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to team goals and share feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Good level of English is a plus.
• Motivated, service‑oriented mindset.
• No prior contact‑centre experience required.

Required skills

• Excellent communication skills in French.

• Compensation: Level 1 – €1,019 × 14 + up to €100/month productivity bonus (first 6 months) + €25 attendance bonus + €126 meal allowance; Level 2 – €1,120 × 14 + same bonuses (gross monthly, excluding bonuses).
