About the role

Our client, a leading global industrial gases and engineering company, is expanding its operations in Portugal. They are looking for French‑speaking professionals to fill a range of positions, from operational agents to team‑leadership roles, across customer service, finance, and front‑office support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑office and customer‑service support to internal and external clients.
• Handle credit‑to‑cash and financial administration tasks.
• Lead small teams, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Use CRM/ERP systems to process requests, track performance, and generate reports.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in French (C1/C2) and good English.
• Previous experience in customer support, shared services, finance, accounting, or team management.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid work permit for Portugal or EU citizenship.
• Currently residing in Porto or willing to relocate.
