French‑Speaking Customer Representative – Hotel Reservations (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Representative supporting hotel reservations. Working remotely from Portugal, you will assist guests throughout their booking journey, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chat messages related to hotel bookings, modifications, cancellations and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on hotel availability, rates, services and policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation records in the company’s internal systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset, resilience and flexibility.
