About the role

Join Concentrix as a French‑speaking Customer Representative supporting a world‑renowned motorcycle brand. Based in Lisbon, you will handle inbound calls, chat, email and social media interactions, delivering friendly and professional assistance to riders and enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, live chat, email and social‑media queries in French and English.
• Provide information on membership programmes, benefits and new‑member orientation.
• Assist customers with motor‑clothing, merchandising, parts and accessories questions.
• Promote upcoming rallies, shop events and community gatherings to boost engagement.
• Support dealerships with “how‑to” inquiries and partnership facilitation.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, aiming to retain brand loyalty.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French with at least B2 level English.
• Strong passion for motorcycles; active riders preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Good typing speed and general computer literacy.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
