About the role

Join Concentrix in Lisbon as a French‑speaking Content Moderator supporting a global e‑commerce client. You will review user‑generated content across social media platforms, enforce community guidelines, and help improve the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review content and reported issues within agreed latency and quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to the client according to the service agreement.
• Monitor user behaviour, apply policies consistently, and handle sensitive issues independently.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce and experience in moderation services.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Rational decision‑making skills with local market expertise.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts.
