French Travel Customer Support – Porto (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

Join an international, customer‑focused team that helps travelers enjoy smooth and memorable journeys. As a French‑speaking Travel Customer Support agent in Porto, you will assist customers at every stage of their trip, from booking to post‑travel queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email, live chat and other digital channels.
• Handle bookings, modifications, cancellations and other travel‑related requests.
• Deliver accurate information on flights, accommodation, transportation and travel policies.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Stay updated on travel products, company policies and industry developments.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
