French Travel Customer Support – Porto (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

Join a fast‑moving travel support team in Porto, helping French‑speaking customers navigate their journeys. You will be the primary point of contact for booking enquiries, itinerary changes, and any travel‑related issues, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for each traveller.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional assistance via phone, email, chat and online platforms.
• Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations and general travel queries.
• Deliver accurate information on flights, accommodations, transport services and travel policies.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Follow internal procedures, document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Stay updated on travel products, services and industry changes through continuous training.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Meet service quality standards, productivity targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or call‑center environment.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive mindset.
