French Travel Advisor – Porto (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join our customer‑centric team in Porto. You will support travelers before, during, and after their trips, ensuring smooth journeys and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance via phone, email, live chat and other digital channels.
• Handle reservations, booking changes, cancellations and a wide range of travel‑related requests.
• Deliver accurate information on flights, accommodations, transport services and travel policies.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a personalized service experience.
• Document interactions, actions taken and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases according to company procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with travel products, industry trends and company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• At least one year of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
