About the role

Join a dynamic travel support team in Porto, helping French‑speaking travelers enjoy smooth journeys. You will be the primary point of contact, providing accurate information and timely solutions across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional assistance via phone, email, chat and online platforms.
• Handle travel reservations, modifications, cancellations and general inquiries.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on flights, accommodations, transportation and travel policies.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Follow internal procedures, document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Stay informed about travel products and industry updates through continuous training.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Meet service quality, productivity and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
