French-Speaking Travel Agent – Porto (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

Join a global, customer‑centric team as a French‑speaking Travel Agent based in Porto. You will support travelers before, during, and after their trips, ensuring smooth journeys and delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat and other digital channels.
• Assist with reservations, booking changes, cancellations and a wide range of travel‑related requests.
• Deliver accurate information on flights, accommodations, transportation, travel policies and additional products.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a personalized, solution‑focused approach.
• Manage cases according to company procedures and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Record interactions, actions taken and resolutions in internal systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date on travel services, company policies, industry trends and new products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to provide timely solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) language skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn.
