French-speaking Travel Advisor in Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join our Lisbon team. In this customer‑focused position you will provide high‑quality travel support to French‑speaking clients, handling bookings, enquiries and changes across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in French for inbound and outbound travel enquiries.
• Process flight, hotel, transfer and package bookings, including modifications, cancellations and special requests.
• Advise customers on visas, insurance, and destination information to ensure smooth journeys.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for ancillary services.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and reservation systems and manage third‑party supplier platforms.
• Resolve complex itineraries and service disruptions with professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee timely fulfilment.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs for quality, efficiency and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level French (spoken and written) and English at B2 level or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in travel customer service, reservations or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, customer‑first mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Eligibility to work in Portugal and ability to commute to the Lisbon office.

Required skills

• Familiarity with GDS or online booking tools.
• Experience using CRM and reservation systems.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
