French-speaking Social Media Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking professional to join our customer service team in Carcavelos, Portugal. You will be the voice of the brand on major social media platforms, delivering timely and engaging support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Record customer details and ensure follow‑up on all cases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and adhere to company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed quality KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2 level) – mandatory.
• Fluent English with strong speaking and writing abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center or B2B support environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
