French-Speaking Road Services Customer Care Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care Specialist to join a leading road infrastructure services provider in Porto. The role focuses on supporting truck drivers and logistics companies using both phone and email, ensuring accurate toll collection and revenue recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, assisting drivers and logistics firms.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications in French and English via phone and email.
• Clarify toll and revenue questions, manage debt‑related discussions, and promote relevant service sales.
• Provide information on road usage regulations and answer general inquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in internal systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French with a good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within transport, logistics or a related service sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
