French Speaking Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Operations Manager to join our premium concierge services firm in Lisbon. Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as Deputy General Manager, overseeing EMEA concierge operations and ensuring the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate concierge operations across the EMEA region.
• Manage, coach, and support team managers and frontline concierge staff.
• Monitor operational performance, workforce planning, scheduling and workload distribution.
• Ensure consistent application and optimisation of processes and procedures.
• Drive team development through coaching, training and performance evaluations.
• Own key performance indicators such as quality, productivity and responsiveness.
• Identify improvement areas and implement continuous optimisation strategies.
• Support recruitment and HR processes for concierge teams.
• Act as backup to the General Manager when required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee smooth operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations and team management, preferably in a contact‑center or service‑driven environment.
• Strong leadership with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess performance and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, organised and solution‑driven.
• Fluent in English and French.
