French-Speaking Helpdesk Support Specialist (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑speaking Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our Porto office. This junior position offers the chance to develop technical expertise while delivering first‑line assistance to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support in French via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, application and connectivity issues.
• Assist with account access, password resets and system‑related requests.
• Log, monitor and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing platform.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised support teams following SLA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C2) and good English (B2 or higher).
• Strong interest in technology and IT support.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and general IT concepts.
