French-Speaking Helpdesk Support – Remote (Porto, Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international support team serving a French fintech company that provides cloud‑based accounting and financial management solutions for SMEs. The position is fully remote based in Porto, Portugal, with quarterly office visits, and starts on either 17 August or 14 September.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate, analyse and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes of application‑related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and follow established support workflows.
• Detect recurring incidents, suggest process improvements and collaborate with internal technical teams.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience in technical support, helpdesk, IT support or application support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and team‑oriented mindset.
