French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Voice & Chat)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote, fast-growing team. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live-chat sessions and email inquiries in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution-focused resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
