About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Payment Solutions team in the heart of Lisbon. You will act as a trusted advisor for users handling online financial transactions, ensuring a secure and smooth experience within our fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to French‑speaking clients on web‑based transfers, payment portal setups, and profile configurations.
• Troubleshoot platform software issues and guide users through advanced financial tools.
• Ensure all interactions comply with strict security and data‑protection standards.
• Collaborate with international teams using English during cross‑border meetings.
• Collect user feedback and relay actionable insights to the product development team.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal French communication.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) proficiency.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to quickly learn new technical procedures.
• Comfortable working with multiple digital applications and monitors.
• Patience, empathy, and strong customer‑service orientation.

• Base salary of €930 gross per month (paid 14 times per year).
