French-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Car Rental

About the role
Join a leading European car‑rental brand as a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent based in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with reservations, answering questions and ensuring a smooth rental experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email and messaging in French and English.
- Provide accurate information on rental options, pricing and policies.
- Identify upsell opportunities and suggest additional services.
- Resolve conflicts and complaints while maintaining a professional tone.
- Document interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Required profile
- Native‑level French (C2) and at least B2 English.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a contact‑centre or customer‑service environment.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to spot business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
