French-speaking Customer Service Representative – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Consultants to join a retention team for a leading European telecommunications brand. Working fully remotely from Portugal, you will handle inbound calls from customers who are considering cancelling their service and turn those interactions into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers contemplating cancellation.
• Identify reasons for churn, propose suitable alternatives, and retain the customer.
• Promote relevant products, promotions, and exclusive offers when appropriate.
• Upsell and cross‑sell services that add genuine value.
• Achieve quality, performance, and attendance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with good English.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable using basic computer tools.
• Calm under pressure, solution‑oriented and a strong communicator.
• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments is a plus but not required.
