About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. The role involves providing bilingual support to travelers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while representing a leading business travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support in both French and English via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries accurately and promptly, adhering to service quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Native‑level fluency in French and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Gross salary of €1,000 per month, paid over 14 months.
• Attendance bonus of €100 per month, paid over 11 months.
• Meal allowance of €7.63 per working day.
• Relocation support to help you settle in Porto.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
