French Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. In this position you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued while providing high‑quality support via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier assistance to French‑speaking customers through phone and email.
• Follow established procedures to provide accurate, complete, and valid information.
• Take full ownership of customer queries and resolve them quickly and professionally.
• Build friendly, meaningful connections with customers in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and strong working English (B2).
• EU citizenship, a valid residence card, or a Manifest of Interest.
• Confidence to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to systems, devices, and connectivity.
• Patience and clarity when guiding customers through complex procedures.

• Basic technical troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
