French Speaking Customer Experience & Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic French‑speaking professionals to join our multicultural team in Portugal. As a Customer Experience & Support Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering high‑quality digital and phone support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in French.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to address complex cases.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in French (written and spoken) and good working knowledge of English.
• Completed high school diploma (minimum requirement).
• Valid EU passport/ID or work/residence permit for non‑EU candidates.
• Clean criminal record (Certificate No. 3 issued within the last three months).

Required skills

What we offer

• 12‑month fixed‑term contract, renewable for an additional 12 months, with permanent eligibility after two years.
• Base salary plus accommodation and meal allowances, total package around €1,240 per month.
• Free private health insurance from day one.
• Paid training (up to 4 weeks) with compensation of €185.60 per week.
• Option of fully equipped shared accommodation for 14 months.
• Full administrative support for residence permits, social security and tax number.
• Airport pickup, flight reimbursement after 9 months and annual round‑trip flight after 12 months.
