French Reservation Agent – Fixed Shifts in Porto

About the role

Join a dynamic, customer‑focused team as a French Reservation Agent in Porto. You will support travelers throughout their journey, handling bookings, changes, and inquiries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, reservation modifications, cancellations and general travel‑related requests.
• Deliver accurate information on flights, accommodation, transportation options and travel policies.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores.
• Record interactions and case resolutions in internal systems and follow escalation procedures when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments and travel partners to achieve timely resolutions.
• Meet quality standards, productivity targets and satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) language skills.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
