French Customer Support Specialist – Travel Industry (Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international travel‑technology project based in Porto. You will assist business travelers and corporate clients with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on travel services, policies, and platform features.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction levels.
• Collect and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (C2) and strong English (C1) communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; travel‑industry experience is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal right to work in Portugal.
• Availability for a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, 08:00‑17:00.
