French Customer Support Consultant – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Consultant to join our fully remote team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account, billing, service and technical enquiries while delivering an excellent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Manage account, billing and service‑related questions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide guidance on products, services and platform features.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (minimum C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support or contact‑centre environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Positive, customer‑focused mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
