French Customer Support Agent – Immediate Start

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international team in Lisbon. The position offers a stable, full‑time schedule in a multicultural environment with an immediate start date of 8 July.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers via phone, email and chat.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues and ensure high‑quality service.
• Update and maintain customer information in internal systems.
• Meet performance and quality standards while delivering excellent service.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (minimum B1).
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Fluency in French.
• Proficiency in English.
