French Customer Support Advisor (Fully remote)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French speaker to join a pioneering multinational technology firm as a Customer Support Advisor. The position is fully remote, based in Portugal, and offers a comprehensive relocation package for candidates moving to the country.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Handle order‑related issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
• Continuously suggest improvements to order support processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (C2) – both written and spoken.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong communication skills.
