We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Porto, Portugal. The role is full‑time and based on‑site, offering a stable career in a multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat.
- Deliver professional, high‑quality support while maintaining strong satisfaction levels.
- Resolve issues efficiently and accurately, following company procedures.
- Document interactions and update customer records as required.
Required profile
- Fluent French (C1/C2) – mandatory.
- Good command of English (minimum B2).
- Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work on‑site in Porto.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
