French Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking fluent French and English speakers to join a multilingual customer support team for a leading telecommunications company. The position is fully remote within Portugal and offers long‑term stability, professional development, and the chance to assist customers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Handle account, billing, service and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Guide customers on products, services and platform features.
• Escalate complex cases to specialised teams when needed.
• Collect feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (minimum C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support or contact‑centre environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Positive, customer‑focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
