French Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English professional to join our corporate travel management team in Porto. As a French Customer Service Advisor you will support business travelers and corporate clients, handling bookings, itinerary changes and travel disruptions with a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking corporate clients.
• Process complex booking inquiries, itinerary modifications and cancellations.
• Provide written and verbal assistance while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Respond quickly to real‑time travel disruptions and find effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Required profile

• Native or proficient French with advanced English (minimum C1 level).
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, adaptability and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Porto, Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
