French Customer Advisor in Porto

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Advisors to join our fast‑growing support team in Porto. You will work with international clients, helping them navigate our digital service platforms and resolve their inquiries through chat, email, and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support via chat, email, and phone in French.
• Assist users with platform navigation, account questions, and general service inquiries.
• Deliver pre‑ and post‑service assistance across our digital products and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues, communicating solutions clearly.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with a good command of English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and basic technical platforms.
• Ability to multitask in a structured, fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented and team‑focused mindset.
