French Client Advisor – Remote (Streaming Entertainment)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team that serves one of the world’s most popular streaming platforms. Working from the comfort of your home, you will assist subscribers with account, subscription, billing and technical issues, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email and chat in French and English.
• Assist customers with account management, subscriptions, billing and streaming inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to devices, streaming services and account access.
• Guide users through platform features and functionality.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Meet quality and satisfaction targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Based within 50‑70 km of Porto or willing to relocate.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
